Czech Pilsner (Czech Your Head) Scott Dunlap Yeast starter steep at 150F add extract at 170F boil hops dry hop in secondary OG-1.047 FG-1.012 IBU-37 ABV-4.5 Good crisp flavor. Nice hops, maybe could use a hop sack in keg for additional dry hopping. Not quit as clear as I would like. Maybe should lager for longer. Lagered for 2 months and eight days. Has a good aroma with a light bitterness. Good carbonation for a Pils. Carbonated at 20 psi for 3 days and pushing at about 15 psi.
