OG-1.048 FG-1.012 IBU-105 ABV-4.9 Good Copper color. Good cascade hops aroma. Strong bitterness with a a mellow aftertaste. May need a little more body which could be accomplished by iusing a different yeast because the floculation on this yeas was so high. Different yeast may give this a more citrus flavor which would be more favorable. Overall a good beer with a good balance of taste and bitterness.
