HoppyAmber Ian McGregor First effort at my own recipe came out very hoppy - but very nice crystal was put into pot with cold water until just before boiling then strained out then extract & coopers enhancer added with boiling hops added 12g of hops at 10mins to go (tea bag style hops) added 12g of hops when taken off boil (tea bag style hops) primary ferment 3 days racked to secondary for another 11 days then bottled alcohol only came out to approx 3.5% Amber malt extract Light malt extract Coopers Brew enhancer2.
