<notes class="recipe" >Steep grains at 150F for 45 minutes, rinse grain sack into wort and bring to boil. Add 1oz Fuggles  and Irish Moss at 60 min.
Add 6lb malt extract at 15 minutes, removing from boil, then returning. Once boil resumes, put wort chiller in at 10 min, followed by 1oz Fuggles.
Chill to 70F and top to 5 gallons. Take OG and pitch yeast</notes>
