Add 2oz Centennial at 60 minutes, add 1oz of Cascade and Irish Moss at 15 mintues, remove from boil and add malt extract and return to boil and add 1oz of Cascades at 5 minutes. Remove from heat, chill, areate, take OG, pitch wort. Primary Fermentation for 7 days, Secondary for 7 more. Rack to Keg (or bottles with 3/4 cup dme).
