LeftHook ESB - Redhook clone Andy Freed Standard brew. Steep grains at 150F for 30 minutes, add extract and bring to boil. Add bittering hops at 60 min. Add 1oz Willamette at 20min, add 1oz Tettnanger at 2 minutes. Cool, top to 5 Gal, areate, measure, pitch yeast. Primary for 4-6 days, secondary for 1 week. This was adapted from an internet Redhook Clone recipe. I added an extra pound of extract, changed the hop bill and changed the yeast to Ediburgh because I love it so much. It turned out very well and was served on tap at the spring FFF campout in 2002.
