 <batch quantity="2.500000 gal" mash="false" />
 <notes class="recipe" >Bring 2.5 gallons of cider to boil, add DME, cool to 80F and aereate. Measure OG, pitch yeast and primary for 1 week, secondary for 1.</notes>
 <notes class="batch" >OG 1.052
FG 1.010

Smelled really badly when moving to secondary. Spent 1 month in secondary, then kegged it. It wasn't that bad, but not that enjoyable. I don't really like cider, so I don't know why I brewed it.</notes>
