 <notes class="recipe" >Standard Batch, Steep grains for 30 minutes at 150F, remove grains and add extract, bring to boil. Add bittering hops at 60 minutes, add aroma hops at 5 minutes. Cool to 80, aerate, take OG, pitch yeast. Add 1/2 oz of Kent's at secondairy.</notes>

FG = 1.020
Sampled on 8/17/01 - Great hop flavor, darker in color than most IPAs. Given as wedding favors to groomsmen.</notes>
