Yakima IPA 5 Andy Freed Steep grains at 150F for 30 minutes, bring to boil (3 gallons). Add 2oz Centennial at 60 minutes, add Irish Moss at 45 mintues, remove from boil and add malt extract and return to boil and add 1oz of Cascades at 10 minutes, 1oz at 5 minutes. Remove from heat, chill, areate, take OG, pitch wort. Primary Fermentation for 7 days, Secondary for 7 more. Rack to Keg (or bottles with 3/4 cup dme). Brewed on August 23rd, 2003.
