I just finished making the marinade for some cheap steaks using my oatmeal stout. Its a simple recipe:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Stout Beer<\/li>\n<li>2-4 chopped garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>Steak(s) of whatever quality you can afford. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Let it marinate for several hours, remove from marinade and grill.
