A warehouse fire in Yakima yesterday destroyed a whopping 4% of the domestic hops. Noooo!
update: Got word from my father-in-law that the fire consisted mostly of high alpha varietals like Columbus, Tomahawk and Zeus. Might be a good year to tone down the IBUs….
