Porter status

Just a note, the porter tastes awesome. It’s already at target gravity, but I moved it to secondary anyway to give it one more chance to get infected. I don’t really want to bottle, so I may move it to keg even though I don’t have a fridge yet.

  1. 🙂 I love it when a plan comes together.

I’ve been thinking about how long I could keep homebrew in an unrefrigerated keg. I have a bunch in my basement right now and some of them are going on 5 weeks of secondary fermentation in the keg. I guess I’ll find out soon enough.

    Cheers!
